  Q) How do I register my Odenza certificate?  
   

Register your certificate online at www.odenzareg.com. Then print out your registration page and attach it to your completed, signed & dated original certificate along with any funds (if applicable), and mail it to our office. We MUST receive it prior to the registration date printed on your certificate.

**If you do not have access to a computer or printer, please mail in your completed, signed & dated Validation Card and any funds (if applicable), along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. We need to receive it in our office before the registration date that is printed on your certificate. We will then mail you back a manual registration form to complete with your contact details and return to us.

 
       
  Q) Why do I have to send in funds to Odenza Marketing Group?  
   

Because this is a promotional program, the funds you send act like a security deposit for your reservation. In the event you decide not to book your travel, your funds are fully refundable.

 
       
  Q) What type of funds does Odenza Marketing Group accept?  
   

Funds can be submitted by credit card, money order, cashier's check or bank draft.
We do NOT accept US postal money orders or personal checks.

 
       
  Q) I am about to register and mail in my Odenza certificate. How long does the process usually take?  
   

We prioritize certificates on first come first serve basis. With mail and processing, please allow 45 days after you have mailed your registration and any required funds to be contacted by our travel agents.

 
       
  Q) Can I extend my trip, add on extra guests, or upgrade my vacation?  
   

Yes, please discuss directly with your Odenza travel agent.

 
       
  Q) How long is my Odenza certificate valid for?  
   

If your program has a registration date, we must receive your certificate and funds (if applicable) in our office before that date. If your program has only an expiry date, then all travel must be completed prior to that date.

 
       
  Q) What does promotional inventory mean?  
   

We make these great programs possible by connecting our customers with travel inventory that we get from our suppliers when they need our help to fill their unsold rooms, airline seats, or cruise cabins. This will primarily happen during off peak times of the year or off peak days for places like Las Vegas. Often promotional inventory for hotel or air/hotel programs will be available within 30 days of travel. For cruise lines they often give space further out rather than closer in like the airlines and hotels.

 
       
  Q) How do I get my refund?  
   

Provided a guest has not finalized a vacation with a travel agent, all funds they have paid to Odenza Marketing Group are fully refundable. Call toll-free 1-877-451-7245 ext. 1.
